Delivery conditions
We do not deliver on Saturdays or holidays. Orders placed on weekends will be shipped the following Monday.
If the courier does not find anyone at the delivery address, they will contact you to arrange a second visit.
Exchange and Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, after receiving your order, you wish to make an exchange, we will be happy to process it provided the following conditions are met.
1. Time limits and conditions for exchanges
The item must be returned for exchange within 14 calendar days from receipt of the order.
Within 3 days of receipt, the customer must send an email to annamarkboutique@gmail.com, notifying their intention to make an exchange.
Requests sent after 3 days or packages shipped after 14 days will not be accepted.
The item must be returned in its original condition:
unused, unwashed;
without odors or signs of use;
with original tags, seals, and packaging;
in the box or package in which it was received.
Accessories (necklaces, bracelets, earrings, rings) are not accepted for exchange for hygiene reasons.
2. Exchange options
The customer can exchange the item for:
the same model in a different size;
any other model in the store (if there is a price difference, an additional payment can be made or a voucher received for the difference);
a gift certificate for the value of the item, redeemable in store with no time limit.
Shipping costs for the exchange are borne by the customer, unless due to a store error.
3. Return of defective products
We carefully check each garment before shipping, but if you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, we will resolve it as follows:
How to report a defect
The customer must send an email to annamarkboutique@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Attach:
photos or videos of the defect;
order number;
buyer's name.
If the defect is confirmed, we offer:
replacement with the same item (if available);
exchange for any other model in the store;
exchange for a gift certificate;
full refund of the amount.
Shipping costs in case of defect
We arrange free collection of the item within peninsular Spain.
The package must include: order number and description of the defect.
Note: the customer is responsible for false notifications of defects. This may be considered fraud.
4. How to make an exchange or return
1. Write to us
Send an email to annamarkboutique@gmail.com, stating that you wish to make an exchange or return.
You will receive a return label with the address and instructions.
2. Prepare the package
Use the original packaging.
Include the return label, order number and, if applicable, description of the defect.
3. Send the package
You can take the package to a shipping company,
or
request courier pickup from us.
Courier service cost: 6€, only for peninsular Spain.
4. International returns
Shipping costs are borne by the customer.
It is recommended to use a shipping method with tracking to ensure the safety of the package.
Once the item is received and reviewed, one of the following will be processed:
exchange for another product;
exchange for a gift certificate;
refund of the amount (only in case of defect).
All international returns must be notified by email with photos of the item and order number.
5. Confirmation of exchange or return
After receiving and reviewing the item, the exchange, gift certificate, or refund will be processed.
If the original order included free shipping and after the exchange the amount does not exceed the minimum for free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund or adjustment.
5. Additional conditions
The store reserves the right to refuse exchanges or returns if:
the notification is sent outside the 3-day period;
the shipment is made outside the 14 days;
the item is returned in conditions other than the original.
